Nice showroom. Easy to get to. Poor parking. Good Parts team. Finding it: By car - not too difficult if you know the area. Just off the bypass next to other dealerships. By foot - hard to get to. Either a long walk round the round on the bypass or an non signposted stairs from the main road. Close to Coulsdon South and Coulsdon Town railway stations so convenient for commuters. Parking: Really hard to park at times. Massive numbers of cars (theirs) double parked everywhere. Customer parking about as far away from the main entrance as it is possible to get. The photo was taken next to my car parked in a customer space. You can see the double parked cars on the other side of the road. Often a 'real zoo' as they are shuffling cars around to get one out or rearrange stock. They need to get customer parking clear, near the entrance and keep it free of stock. Showroom: Nicely spaced with plenty of room around the cars. Sales desks set in a row a little dated in layout. I have not purchased here as yet so cannot comment at this time on the sales staff. Servicing: Not utilised as yet but have overheard conversations and follow-up calls being made to customers. Have had a friendly reception from them so far. I had a quote on a replacement part fitting - labour rates are steep and there is no discount scheme for older cars so the incentive to keep taking back your older model is not high. This sort of scheme is employed by competitor marques to retain service business and VW could take a benefit from this. Lots of 'fixed price service' offers and guarantees around - including one which seems to indicate a brake pad service is for life (i.e. replaced free for life when fitted originally by the. Unsure if this includes labour as well though.) They could make more of these by having take away leaflets as reminders to prospective customer. Parts: Summoned by bell at the rear to the servicing section. Takes a few minutes for them to arrive. Very helpful and happy to quote on parts. Pricing is standard which varies from very reasonable (larger parts) to somewhat pricey (smaller parts). Pay in advance for special order items which take a couple of days to arrive. Always on time so far. Would use them again for parts. Overall: Nice showroom with a good range of cars displayed. Friendly staff so far. Let down by the exterior parking and crowded feel to the used cars and customer parking.

I received excellent customer service from David Nkansah recently. He was friendly, patient and able to help me decide on options etc through giving me clear explanations throughout the process. Very refreshing to work with someone like him.
