  Have had awful service since I brought my car in 2016. Staff have been rude and not honest. First time I had an issue it took 10 months to rectify and then my car came back damaged. However they claimed the damage was already there. They said as a 'gesture of good will' they would sort it out. That was 6 months ago and no one has got back to me. Have emailed the aftercare manager 3 weeks ago. No response. My advice would be after you buy your car find another dealership for aftercare as its clear the Croydon brance do not care about customer service or satisfaction. Absolutely appalling service for luxary car brand.
